Wandle, established in 1967, has evolved into an organisation dedicated to addressing homelessness, investing in communities, supporting local organisations, and enabling people to realise their full potential. 

They offer a diverse range of housing services across nine south London boroughs, including rented accommodation, shared ownership, and supported housing. Recognising the need for a fresh approach to service delivery, Wandle appointed us to work in partnership with them. We are actively engaged in designing their service improvement journey, supporting the organisation to understand and redefine service delivery models, improve customer service and safeguard residents for years to come.
